Is Breakfast the Most Important Meal of the Day?

The debate continues! In this video, I share my thoughts about breakfast, breakfast ideas, and if breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Check it out!  About this photo: This is our dog Persia.  Sadly, she passed on to dog heaven in 2020.  We had her for 10 years.  She was always a puppy at heart.  Our cuddle bug.  We miss her dearly.

Lower Body and Core Workout - Straight forward and Complete...Just Like Guinness Beer

Get ready to work your butt and tum tum!!  Exercise does not have to complicated.  But if you like complicated, and it gives you joy, by all means, do it!  For me, I like to keep it simple.  Sure, every so often I like to get creative with my workouts, but for the most part, they are pretty straight forward.  This workout only includes 2 exercises.  It's perfect for something quick, but still effective! I use a stability ball and one dumbbell in this workout.  However, you can definitely adjust and use whatever equipment you have.  You can add flair to the squats by adding a jump, or more weight.  You can do the crunch without the stability ball, and lay on the mat.  You can nix the weight.  Just make it your own.  You can use my workout sort of like a template and add your own "recipe."  Comment and let me know how you did and what you did to make it your own!  Lower Body and Core! - https://youtu.be/bGKHK62MBV8 Abou...
