Scene: It's dinner time. You are frantically trying to get something quick, easy, and somewhat healthy on the table for your family. You are snacking mindlessly as you're prepping because you're so hungry. You scarf down dinner while holding a baby who is trying to pull your hair, grab your fork, or put their fingers in your mouth. Dinnertime is cray-cray. Sound familiar?
